Galvanized Steel Checker Plate Processing technology
The production method of continuous hot-dip galvanizing pattern board includes the following steps
Step one. Alkaline degreasing: spray hot lye with a temperature of 70-80℃ on the surface of the strip steel after opening. Use a brush to clean the oil stains, iron powder, dust and other attachments on the surface of the strip steel, and then use 60 -70℃ hot water washes the surface of the strip steel to remove the lye remaining on the surface of the strip steel to obtain clean strip steel after degreasing;
Step two, annealing reduction: use an open flame section to quickly heat the clean steel strip obtained in step one to below 700 ℃, and then fill the radiant pipe section with 10-20% h2 as a protective gas, and re-process the strip steel through the radiant pipe section. Heating and soaking, the reheating temperature is 600-700℃, and the heating temperature is 550-620℃, so that the surface of the strip undergoes a reduction reaction, and the strip steel with a pure iron sponge body formed on the surface after annealing is obtained. The strip with a temperature of 720-780°C is rapidly cooled to obtain a strip with a temperature of 460-480°C;
Step three, surface galvanizing: send the strip steel finally obtained in step two through a completely closed channel into a molten zinc pot with a temperature of 465°C, so that the upper test strip steel enters the zinc pot with a depth of 2m and passes through the bubble The sinking roller in the pot is turned to make the steel base surface and the zinc liquid fully chemically react when the strip steel is transported in the zinc pot, so that the zinc liquid is immersed in the pure iron sponge on the surface of the strip to form an intermediate zinc-iron alloy layer, and A large amount of liquid pure zinc is attached to the outer surface of the strip steel, and the strip steel after turning is sent vertically upwards from the inside of the zinc pot, and sprayed out through the thin slits of the two air knives installed on the top of the zinc pot and distributed on the front and back sides of the belt drive. The high-speed airflow cuts the excess liquid zinc on the surface of the strip steel. The excess zinc liquid is blown into the zinc pot. The high-speed airflow is 0.02-0.1mpa. Step four, surface environmentally friendly fingerprint resistant coating: the galvanized pattern plate obtained in step three is introduced into the coating machine, and the environmentally friendly fingerprint resistant liquid is sprayed into the seam between the coating roller and the sticky material using a spray tube , So that the environmentally friendly fingerprint resistant liquid in the seam is evenly coated on the upper and lower surfaces of the galvanized sheet after the coating roller and the adhesive roller are squeezed by each other, and then the pattern plate after the environmentally friendly fingerprint resistant liquid is applied It is sent to a drying furnace for drying, and the drying temperature is 180-280°C to obtain a dry galvanized pattern plate with a dense protective film on the surface.
